Questions brands ask

Does Mirror Drop take a cut of my sales?
No. Mirror Drop never takes the order: every Shop the Drop button goes to your own shop, so the customer, the payment and the money are yours.
Do I need my own online shop?
You need somewhere shoppers can buy — a Shopify or WooCommerce store, or any site that takes orders. Mirror Drop sends them there.
Do I see shoppers' photos?
Never. Try-on photos are private to the shopper. You see counts — how many tried a piece on, shared it, followed you — not people.
What does it cost?
Starting is free. Pro and Studio add more featured placements and longer history, and are optional.
The seller agreement, in short
  • You own or are licensed to sell everything you list, and you own or are licensed to use every image you upload. The platform removes listings where that is in doubt, with a reason on the record.
  • You are the seller. Orders, shipping and returns happen on your own shop, under your own terms.
  • Mirror Drop does not sell anything. Every buying action on your storefront links out to your own shop, so the order, the payment, the customer, and the money stay yours.
  • Shoppers' photographs and try-on images are never shared with you, at all.
  • Either side can end this. Your catalogue and your customer obligations remain yours.
